Bear Essentials 27 Party Pack

If you're visiting Sydney, or just want to party hard during Bear Essentials, we're offering a limited number of party packs that contains the tickets you'll need for the main events.

The party pack includes a ticket to:

Important Information

If you are buying a Member-price ticket for a guest, both you and your guest must be current members of Harbour City Bears.

This also applies to Kindred club tickets- you and your guest must both be members of a kindred club. You can find a list of all qualifying kindred clubs on our website.

If your guest does not have a membership, please purchase a full price ticket for them separately.

If you're found to have a member ticket as a non-member your ticket may be cancelled and refunded.

Scalping or reselling of tickets will not be tolerated, and if you're found to be ticket scalping, the ticket will be cancelled without a refund. Don't buy a ticket from a scalper, as you may be denied entry on the day.

Pack tickets are fully refundable up to a week before the start of Bear Essentials, so please contact us if you want to cancel, or transfer your ticket to someone. We can refund you and cancel your ticket, or transfer it to your friend. You can contact us via email or Facebook Messenger.
