How long have you been volunteering for HCB, and what prompted you to start helping out?

This will be my 8th year as a volunteer. Started out taking photos for the club. Then started doing the door on Friday nights and at dance parties.

What kinds of things have you done as a volunteer? What are you favourite shifts?

Always love just helping out where I can. The door shifts are a great way of meeting new bears. And doing bump ins, being creative, making the atmosphere for the party.

What's the most ridiculous thing that has every happened to you while volunteering?

I really can not point one thing out as I take everything in my stride. And very open minded.

What would you say to someone thinking about volunteering for HCB?

Do it. It truly is the best way to get to meet new and old bears.
