This is your opportunity as a member of Harbour City Bears to elect the 2024-2025 Committee to manage the club until the next AGM. By attending the AGM you can express how you would like Harbour City Bears to be managed and what progress to make in the coming year.

If you wish to add something to the agenda (a general item or special resolution to be discussed), please send it through to the secretary at secretary@hcbears.com.au by 5pm on the 1st of September. An amended and finalised version of the Agenda will be sent out on the 2nd of September.

You will find the committee nomination form below. Nominations close at 5:00 pm on the 1st of September. This can be done by hand or by sending an email to secretary@hcbears.com.au

Portfolios

If you have some time to help out and enhance the experience of the club, but don't want to be a committee member, you can hold a portfolio. By holding a portfolio, you can offer your skills as a member to help out the club as a whole. You'll find a list of portfolios and their descriptions by clicking on the link below.

The last chance to get a nomination in for life membership is 5pm on the 1st of September for the committee to ratify the nomination.
